Overview By placing an order or commission enquiry through this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Payments All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required before original paintings are dispatched. For commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your slot, with the remaining balance due before collection or dispatch.
Commissions Commission slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of deposit. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers my time, materials, and reserved slot. If you need to cancel after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be returned. If a commission is already in progress, I reserve the right to retain additional costs incurred.
Refunds & Returns Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of original oil paintings, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed commissions.
Revisions Up to two rounds of amendments are included prior to the final painting stage. Any changes requested after this point or once the painting is complete may be subject to an additional charge, agreed in advance.
Delivery & Collection Completed commissions can be collected in person from Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica St, Liverpool L1 0AH. Alternatively, paintings can be posted. Shipping costs are confirmed at the time of your quote and vary by size and destination. I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers once the item has been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will work with you to find a fair resolution. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for any courier claim.
Copyright All artwork remains my intellectual property. I retain the right to photograph and share commission work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless full exclusivity is agreed in writing prior to the start of the commission.
