Another sunny day, so I packed my bag and headed to Otterspool, Liverpool. I wanted to paint a different scene — the bright sunshine reflecting on the River Mersey like diamonds, people enjoying one of the hottest days of the year. It was too windy to set up my tripod so I sat on the grass and painted from there. One of those days that reminds me how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful city. Oil on canvas board, 20 × 25 cm.
