It was such a lovely place to paint. A fountain catching the light in the foreground, people strolling and sitting along the tree-lined path behind. One of my favourite parts of painting outdoors is the small conversations with people passing by — chatting, answering questions, sharing a little about the process. Every painting teaches me something new.
